Amateur chefs are already heaping praise on the Padova collection, which features the brands signature Thermolon Infinity Professional healthy ceramic non-stick coating which is PFAS-free.

Crafted from durable hard-anodised aluminium, this collection is designed for maximum strength and scratch protection that won’t see small amounts of plastic seep into your well-earned meal.

Available exclusively at Myer the collection comes in three colours – chocolate truffle and taupe, which will be available from May 8, and artichoke green, which is available now – to add a pop of colour to your kitchen.

Lightweight and durable, this collection is made to stand up to daily demands while providing incredible performance.

There has already been a number of positive reviews about the Padova cookware, which is easy to clean and oven safe up to 315 degrees.

‘I’ve read lots of good things about your pans and they look incredible,’ one woman wrote on Instagram.

‘The frypan set is easy to use and they look great. They can be used both on stove tops and ovens which makes them very versatile. The healthy non-stick coating makes them durable and cleaning effortless. Absolutely love using them,’ said another.

A third added: ‘I’ve gone through more frypans than I care to remember, from inexpensive to quite pricey. This is an astonishingly great frypan, in particular its ease of cleaning and heat distribution despite using only low to medium heat at most’.

One of the key aspects to remember about cooking with GreenPan is to avoid ‘burning’ oils at a high heat for long periods of time, because this will cause carbonisation on the pan.

Stick to oils that can tolerate a high heat like coconut oil, peanut oil, vegetable oil, rather than your standard olive oil.

In case a brownish layer forms, gently scrub with a melamine sponge and some plain water.
